We strive to process all orders within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our items are shipped with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other local providers.
Shipping Large Items
Items that are too large/heavy/bulky for a standard carrier will have "local pick up preferred" indicated in the item listing. We encourage you to obtain a shipping quote for these items prior to making a purchase to avoid any surprises. To obtain a shipping quote, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) you would like shipped as well as your full address. We will respond to your message as soon as possible.
Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up at our warehouse in Pendleton, South Carolina. Please email email@example.com if you would like to pick up. You can also message us on Instagram @shopupcountryliving
If selecting local pick up, we can hold your order for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, your order will be deemed abandoned if we have not made other arrangements with you. A refund will not be issued.
Can I combine shipping for multiple purchases?
Maybe. Depending on the size and weight of each item, it may or may not be possible to put all items into one box. We do our best to consolidate items and we take the utmost care to ensure items arrive safely.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to show up. Also, please be aware that shipping times are slower in some areas.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we have noticed longer than usual shipping times. Please note that once an item is shipped the speed of the delivery is beyond our control. We recommend that you contact the shipping carrier with any questions that you may have using your provided tracking number.
